Since 1996, Christine O'Connell More and O’Connell More Consulting & Real Estate have offered clients investment real estate, business sales brokerage and consulting services. 

As a native of Syracuse, Christine has a strong understanding in the area’s economic needs and trends of her Upstate NY clients. She has a unique knowledge of the real estate market because she has directly owned and/or assisted in the management of apartment complexes, hotels and commercial buildings. This accumulated experience allows her to have a special relationship with her clients because she intimately understands the business and real estate challenges they face first hand.

During her four decades in the real estate industry including 25 years as a broker, Christine has provided guidance supporting strategic planning for sales/acquisitions, due diligence coordination, negotiations and communications; while addressing the various related parties involved in real estate transactions. She has:

• Sold over 1.5 million square feet of industrial real estate
• Brokered over 3000 apartment units, representing 60+ transactions
• Brokered 6 hotel transactions
• Facilitated sales with transactions ranging from $500,000.00 - $10 million
